- Pre-feasibility study together with the companies involved
- Economic-financial examination of the process and possible tax consequences
- Assistance in negotiations with the buyer counterparty
- Consultation with other professionals such as notary in charge of the creation of the RTI, accountants of the various parties, in the matters pertaining to them
- Assistance in the deeds consequent to the above
- Management of the RTI and of the relationships between partners, possible relationships with foreign counterparts, with the Region and with the various public bodies involved in the internationalization process
RTI LEADER FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION PROJECT
- Keeping of accounting records and related obligations for the purposes of project reporting
- Ordinary tax advice, extraordinary where necessary
